Amidst all the other holiday hullabaloo, somehow the most important Halloween news got lost in the shuffle: a spawn of Satan was just voted (apparently, by a congregation of Satanists) the world’s most powerful person. And no, the spawn in question is not the rather dubious guy pictured in the upper right-hand corner of the the thumbnail photo, below.
